The Series 2000 metal roof system employs a combination of fixed and floating clips for unrestricted movement, and is effective on roof pitches as low as 1/2" : 12".
The Series 2000 metal roofing panel will meet UL 90 requirements over open purlins 48" on center, air leakage as defined by ASTM E-238, Water / Static pressure as defined by ASTM E-331, Class A burning brand fire test, ICBO #4566.The anticapillary hem on the male leg provides greater resistance to siphoning water infiltration and adds strength. Recommended panel attachment clip spacing is 18" on center.
Base gauges for Nu-Ray Series 2000 metal roofing panels are 26, 24 and 22 G-90 as well as Zincalume Plus or .032, .040 aluminum.
Full color palettes are offered in both BASF Kynar 500 and ULTRA-Cool™ Kynar 500 paint systems. Color availability varies by profile and gauge. Not all colors are available in all panels and gauges. Please consult your Nu-Ray representative.
